Antique Lotus Pearls Jewellery Box, Vintage 1930s Burgundy Earring Box, English Presentation Case, Push Button Clasp

An authentic English Art Deco presentation jewellery case by celebrated British heritage maker Lotus Pearls.

Wrapped in rich burgundy textured cloth, the case opens via a solid brass front push-button mechanism to reveal an ivory-white satin-lined lid proudly bearing the iconic printed black crest: "Lotus Pearls (Simulated) Regd. Trademark Made in England". The base is lined in original champagne-beige velvet fitted with twin slits, ideally suited for stud earrings, small drop earrings, brooches, or cufflinks.

Mechanism: The brass push-button release and internal spring hinge work crisply and close securely with a firm snap.

Exterior: Strong structural integrity. As shown in the photographs, the fabric covering along the rear hinge line has frayed and detached from the brass joint, exposing the metal hinge beneath.

Interior: The cream satin lid liner and velvet display pad show authentic foxing and age spots, lending true vintage character without obscuring the historic Lotus branding.
